High output rear LED light (very important for bike touring, the brighter the better)
Handle bar upgrade (purchased at REI)
Various Baskets for storage
Airplane suitcase around $70 vs. $300 for the Tern Airporter or Airporter Mini
Mini bike pump (to keep things pumped up!)
